Their extremely elastic and weather-resistant, industrial-grade sealants and caulking, such as their VOC-compliant AU-1 Commercial Construction Sealant, offer exceptional adhesive properties that make them ideal for use in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.
The AU-1 Commercial Construction Sealant is a high movement, single-component, elastomeric, acrylic urethane sealant formulated using Aqueous Polyurethane Dispersion (PUD). It requires no mixing or priming to bond at the molecular level to most construction materials, is fully paintable, and will never bleed through a paint finish. Once cured, it is highly resistant to mold and mildew, and features outstanding UV resistance, high elasticity, and adhesion in all climates.
Permathane, a division of ITW Polymers Sealants, offers adhesive sealants designed specifically for glazing, sealing, and installation uses. Known for their exceptional UV resistance and durability, they can be used on a wide variety of substrates, including galvanized steel, aluminum, concrete, glass, Galvalume®, Kynar 500®, wood, vinyl, and fiberglass.
